    What we can help with — and how to get a fast reply

    We answer most questions about research peptides, sourcing, and order logistics within one business day. To keep your reply short and useful, include the relevant order number, product name and size, and (if you're asking about a Certificate of Analysis) the lot number printed on your vial label. The more specific the question, the faster we can route it to the right person.

    Common reasons researchers contact us

    • COA & lot documentation. We keep an HPLC and mass-spec Certificate of Analysis on file for every lot we ship. Email us the lot number and we'll send the matching COA. Our guide to reading a COA covers what each section means.
    • Order status & tracking. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day from our US facility. If a tracking number hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, send us the order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
    • Storage, handling & reconstitution. See our storage and handling guide for general best practices on lyophilized vials, refrigeration, and shelf-life. For compound-specific questions, link the product page in your message.
    • Product availability & back-in-stock alerts. If a peptide is showing out of stock on the shop page, we can usually give you a restock window or recommend a comparable compound.
    • Wholesale & laboratory accounts. Bulk pricing, NET terms, and standing orders for labs and clinics are all available — email support@calmpeptides.com with your order volume and we'll set up an account.
    • Press & partnership enquiries. Same address; tag your subject line with "Press" or "Partnership" and we'll route it appropriately.

    Email replies typically arrive within one US business day (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM EST). Phone support is available during the same hours at +1 (321) 321-5209. Messages received over the weekend are answered first thing Monday morning. For time-sensitive shipping issues, calling is faster than email.
