Refund & Return Policy

At CALM Peptides, customer satisfaction and product quality are our priorities. This policy describes when and how refunds and returns are available.
1. Product Quality Guarantee
All CALM Peptides products are third-party HPLC tested to ≥99% purity. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet the purity specifications shown on its Certificate of Analysis, we will replace it at no charge or issue a full refund.
2. Reporting a Quality Issue
To report a quality issue, email support@calmpeptides.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. Our team will respond within two business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Because our products are research chemicals with strict storage and handling requirements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or stored outside of recommended conditions after delivery, except in cases of verified defect or damage. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
4. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier, contact us within 14 days of the original ship date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where warranted, reship or refund your order.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension and will be disputed with your bank or card issuer with full order and delivery documentation.
