Returns and Refunds

This Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy applies to all
purchases made through the CALM Peptides Website. By placing an order, you
acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research-based products, all sales
are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or credit once an
order has been processed and shipped.

Products are not eligible for return if:

• You change your mind or no longer need the item.
• You ordered the wrong product, dosage, or quantity.
• You misunderstood the purpose or intended use.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong product or if your item arrives
damaged in transit, you may request a replacement under the following
conditions:

• You contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
• You provide your order number and clear photo evidence of the damaged or
  incorrect item.

Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
Refunds may be issued only at our discretion if a replacement cannot be
provided.

3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have
not received the order, please check with:

• Your local post office or carrier
• Your building, parcel room, or mailbox provider
• Neighbors in case of misdelivery

If your package is marked as lost by the carrier, please
email us at support@calmpeptides.com so we can assist with a
resolution. If an address was entered incorrectly at checkout, we cannot issue
a replacement or refund.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before they are fulfilled
and shipped. Once a tracking label is created or the package has entered
the shipping process, cancellations are no longer possible.

If cancellation is approved, funds will be returned to the
original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or
payment processor.

5. Refund Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for returns
or refunds:

• Opened or used products
• Products exposed to improper storage or handling
• Products purchased using a discount code or promotional offer
• Products refused at delivery or returned without authorization

6. Research Use Notice

Products sold by CALM Peptides are intended strictly for
laboratory and research purposes only and are not for human consumption. Misuse
of our products voids all eligibility for refunds, replacement, or support.
